RETURN POLICY:
* Please note: items purchased using a discount code higher than 15% are
final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
At this time, international orders, sale items and customized work are non-refundable.

ORDER TURNAROUND:We ship orders within 1-2 business days, unless it's a PRE-ORDER item, for which the delivery will depend on the item and we will advise timeline upon request.
LOST PACKAGES:
We are not liable for any packages lost by the Postal Service or packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer. A claim can be filed for the item, however, if the claim is not approved by the carrier, products will not be replaced.
